Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting Team awarded Teaching and Learning Fellowship
We are pleased to announce that a research team comprising of Aodhdin Casey, Bridget McNally, Donal O'Neill and Fabrice Rousseau from the Deaprtment of Economics, Finance and Accounting has been awarded a Maynooth University 2019 Teaching and Learning Fellowship. The Fellowships are awarded as part of Maynooth University’s ongoing commitment to developing teaching and enhancing the student learning experience and provide the opportunity for staff to engage in practice based research into teaching and learning that contributes to the enhancement of teaching and learning within the University.

Maynooth Labour Economist appointed to the European Commission Structural Reform Support Service External Panel of Experts
We are pleased to announce that Professor Donal O'Neill, a labour Economist in the Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting at Maynooth University, has been appointed to serve on the European Commission Structural Reform Support Service External Panel of Experts supporting the implementation of structural reforms in Member States. Professor O'Neill will serve the Commission in the areas of Labour market and social cohesion, the welfare system, education and training.
