Maynooth University currently have four mens squads playing in the Colleges & Universities Football League (CUFL)
The Mens Senior squad compete in the CUFL Premier Division & the Irish Universities Football Union (IUFU) Collingwood Cup
The Mens Intermediate squad compete in the CUFL Division 1 & the IUFU Crowley Cup
The Mens Fresher squad compete in the CUFL Division 2 & the IUFU Harding Cup
The Mens 4th squad compete in the CUFL Division 3

Maynooth University currently have two womens squads playing in the Womens Soccer Colleges Associatiion of Ireland (WSCAI) League
The Womens Senior squad compete in the WSCAI Premier Division & the Intervarsity Finals
