Attendance at Welcome Week is compulsory and your attendance will be required for 2 days of the week.
Welcome Week is an opportunity to reconfirm information you do know but also learn about other services, facilities and learning supports on campus. It is also an ideal time for students to meet the people who run the various services, an opportunity for students to meet with academic staff and discuss various academic choices where this is relevant.
Finally, this week is when new students will finalise their registration for their particular course and formally become a student of the university.
There is an information desk in the John Hume Building and the Library Building which will be open during Orientation week and the first week of term.
During Welcome Week:
- Bring your
