THE IRISH LAW JOURNAL: CALL FOR PAPERS 2017

The Irish Law Journal at Maynooth University, Ireland is now accepting submissions from academics, members of the legal profession and the bar, members of the judiciary, and others.

ILJ is a hybrid peer-reviewed, student-edited and student-managed law journal. ILJ permits authors to simultaneously submit to ILJ and other venues. However, if you submit to ILJ, you must agree to publish with ILJ should ILJ be the first journal to make you an offer.

Full length articles and shorter articles, including book reviews and case notes, should be sent to theirishlawjournal@gmail.com and to the editor-in-chief (dstepanceva@gmail.com). The submissions are determined on a rolling basis.

While the journal would like to highlight that submissions on globalization of law are of particular interest, the journal is open to considering articles from other areas of law—including EU law, comparative law, and international law—within the interest of Irish readers. ILJ’s ‘Globalization’ theme extends to a very broad area and covers subjects relating to topical issues including: e.g., international migration law, environmental law, security, Brexit, professional services, constitutional law, environmental law, human rights, and the Syrian refugee crisis. ILJ is especially interested in papers that relate to the fields listed above, but we welcome submissions in all subject areas.

The journal would like to notify that our policy requires the authors of the submissions to confirm that after we accept your submission for publishing, our journal will have the authority to make the first publication of your paper.

Please contact the editor-in-chief (dstepanceva@gmail.com) if you have any questions.
