The Irish in Europe Collections as Digital Resources: case studies and potential

This workshop is oriented towards those with a professional interest in Digital Humanities, Humanities Computing, Digital Archives / Research, and Human Computer Interaction. The case study portion will provide participants with a hands-on opportunity to engage with a software tool which focuses on the creation of boundary objects to further engagement with a source text. The goal of the study is to provide an in-depth look at how various types of search mechanisms can shape the research process.
