Eddie Kelly awarded internship at Okinawa Institute

Congratulations to Eddie Kelly, a research masters student working in quantum computing under supervision of Professor Jiri Vala, who has been accepted to a prestigious research internship at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST) https://www.oist.jp . He will be visiting OIST for four months next year where he will be working under the supervision of Professor Kae Nemoto primarily focusing on new algorithms for near term quantum computers. The OIST research internship is highly competitive, with less than 2% of all applications being successful this year.
