Dr Na Fu was recently featured by The Irish Times on her recent project of the Future of HR in Ireland. This project is based on collaboration with scholars from DCU and practitioners from the Great Place to Work. This major project examined the experiences of HR professionals in order to understand the key challenges faced by HR Managers currently and in the future. Topics included strategic leadership, performance management, attracting and retaining talent and encouraging gender and age diversity. More detailed research findings were published on Irish Times.
