Seth Barrett Tillman recently spoke at the 2016 Federalist Society Annual Faculty Conference at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel.
On 8 January 2016, Seth discussed a forthcoming article ‘Ex parte Merryman: Myth, History, and Scholarship’, which will be published later in the year in the Military Law Review. Merryman is the leading U.S. Civil War case on the scope of the President's war powers, particularly in relation to habeas corpus.
