Professor Tobias Lock appointed advisor to the Scottish Parliament

    Professor Tobias Lock was appointed constitutional advisor to the Scottish Parliament's Culture, Tourism, Europe and External Affairs Committee. During this one year appointment, Professor Lock will support the Committee's work in all constitutional matters relating to Brexit.

    This involves amongst other things the preparation of written briefings for Committee, attendance of the Committee's evidence sessions, and advice to the Committee's chair and clerk.
