Prof Michael Doherty appeared on Today FM’s Lunchtime Show on April 23^rd to chat about Covid-19 and employment rights (about 27 mins in). He spoke with Mairéad Ronan about a number of issues including rights to annual leave, redundancies, and absences from the workplace.
Prof Doherty is Head of Maynooth University Department of Law and lectures courses to all first year law students on Introduction to Law, as well as Employment Law to BCL/ LLB students.
