Dr Conor Crummey has written an opinion piece in the Irish Times, analysing some of the constitutional issues surrounding evictions that will take place once the ban on no-fault evictions is allowed to lapse.

In the piece, he argues that the constitutional protection of the inviolability of the dwelling may offer some protection to some tenants facing eviction, particularly in circumstances where local authorities fail to make appropriate accommodation available.
