On Friday 9th June IT Services formally launched ITIL.
IT Services will adopt the ITIL Service Management framework for the delivery of IT Services across the University and staff have completed ITIL training and certification. The benefits of ITIL include improved service delivery and a better working relationship with staff and students of the University.
