The book, Risk and the Security-Development Nexus: The Policies of the US, the UK and Canada published by Palgrave McMillan was launched by Eamon Gilmore, EU Special Envoy for the Peace Process in Colombia, and former Leader of the Labour Party, Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade.
