The Department of Adult and Community Education, Maynooth University, is hosting a new and exciting Masterclass series aimed at practitioners interested in or working in the area of Adult Guidance Counselling and Careers. 

Each in-person masterclass will include an input from an international expert, participation in small groups, opportunities to network with peers and experts, and time for collective reflection and in-depth exploration of the challenges faced by the guidance sector more broadly.

The theme of this Masterclass is Hope and healing in a world that is hurting. It is increasingly clear that we are navigating our personal and professional lives in a world that is hurting. Developing an understanding of trauma and the core principles of trauma-  informed care can help. Join us for an immersive exploration into the complexities of trauma, its impact on individuals, and empowering strategies for healing and recovery.

This masterclass will provide a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge, reflect on your practice, and cultivate a compassionate, supportive community.
