Dr Anna Szolucha, (in pic on right) who recently defended her PhD in the Department of Sociology on the Occupy movement in Ireland and the US, has just been announced as one of five winners of the Irish Federation of University Teachers' 50th anniversary bursaries for a project entitled "Democratic Politics in the Peripheries".
