On 5 June 2015, Ms. Silvia Favalli presented a paper on the definition of disability in the European multilevel legal system at the Irish Society of Comparative Law's Annual Conference, which took place at the University of Limerick.
Ms. Favalli – a PhD candidate at the University of Pavia in Italy – is currently an Erasmus Visiting Fellow at Maynooth University Department of Law and is completing a thesis in Disability Law under the co-supervision of Dr Delia Ferri.
