Continuing our monthly webinar series, we will be running a webinar to introduce the Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management suite of critical capabilities, or the "3Ps" on Tuesday 13th and Thursday 15th March 2018.
The 3Ps are three of the five CCs to be released as part of the Spring 2018 iteration. These CCs have been overhauled to better align the existing CCs with industry standard definitions, terms, and processes, recognised by professional bodies. They also embrace and reflect agile methodologies, and have been updated to encompass current concepts of benefits management.
We will run two hour-long events: an afternoon session on Tuesday 13th March, repeated on Thursday 15th in the morning.
