IVI is seeking experienced DevOps practitioners to contribute to our DevOps workgroup.
Over the past few months, we have been conducting research into the latest DevOps practices in organizations and in academic research. Our research has also covered the impact of DevOps on IT performance, as well as customer satisfaction and motivation. We are now setting up a workgroup to review IT-CMF structures and content to ensure that it provides the support needed to accelerate DevOps capability.
DevOps is an essential part of your organization’s Digital transformation. DevOps breaks down walls between development and operations, enabling rapid and reliable software development and deployment into production. But it requires a horizontal view of the organization that goes against traditional IT thinking and structures.
We are looking for experienced DevOps experts to join our workgroup to help inform and shape the evolution of our offering. Key activities will include a full day kick-off workshop on 1 June 2017 with our community of experts to review research results and initial development work, and to collaborate on defining the DevOps development path for IT-CMF. This will be followed by subsequent shorter sessions through July and August.
