Professor Morag Martin's presentation to the Department's Research seminar, scheduled for the 5:00pm-6:00pm slot this Thursday, 25 April, is cancelled.
However, the second session on Thursday will go ahead in the usual venue.
At 6:00pm, Professor Pieter Judson (European University Institute), will present his paper (also the keynote address of the Land & Revolution Workshop), titled 'Who killed the Empire? The collapse of the Habsburg monarchy in 1918'. This is an excellent opportunity to hear Professor Judson, a leading authority on the modern Habsburg monarchy, speak on the topic.
