Abstract:
Companies need wfm to ensure the right people and processes are in the right place at the right time to support their customers. In this seminar Thinh is going to discuss common forecasting models and methods used in wfm. He will also share his experience transitioning from academia to industry.
Bio:
Our speaker is Thinh Doan. Thinh graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2015 with a PhD in Statistics. Thinh has been working in workforce management (wfm).
