Dr Higgins & Dr Ryan Spoke at First Session of Royal Irish Academy ‘Constitutional Conversations’

The first session of a series of ‘Constitutional Conversations’ being organised by the Ethical, Political, Legal and Philosophical Studies Committee of the Royal Irish Academy was held on Wednesday, 2 March 2016 at the Royal Irish Academy in Dawson Street. This session, on the theme of ‘Constitutions, Referendums and the Family’, was facilitated by Dr Noelle Higgins and the discussion was led by Dr Fergus Ryan, both of the Maynooth University Department of Law.
