National Science Museum, Maynooth University South Campus
On 10th January 2014, to mark the 150th anniversary of the death of Nicholas Callan, the National Science Museum on the South Campus will be open from 2pm-5pm, with a talk by curator Dr Niall McKeith on Callan’s contribution to science and engineering at 4pm. The Russell Library will also have a number of items of interest on display and can be visited between 2-5pm.
Refreshments will be available, at the museum, from 3.45pm. All are welcome. RSVP if attending, please to science.dean@mu.ie
