Congratulations to the Law Class of 2015!
Over 100 former law students of the Department of Law graduated from the University on 11 September 2015. Among them was Dr Deirdre McGowan who graduated with a PhD in Law and Sociology. Supervised jointly by Dr Neil Maddox (Department of Law) and Dr Rebecca King O'Riain (Department of Sociology), Deirdre is the very first doctoral graduate of Maynooth University Department of Law.
Deirdre is currently lecturing in law at the Dublin Institute of Technology. She is pictured above with her supervisors Dr Neil Maddox and Dr Rebecca King O'Riain and with our Head of Department, Professor Michael Doherty.
