Thank you for submitting an invigilation application form for January 2017. You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you have supplied to say you have submitted an application. If you do not receive this within 24 hours contact us on 01 708 3820.

  • If you have not invigilated since 2015 you will be required to attend the briefing session.

There will be a compulsory briefing session on Friday the 18 November 2016 at 3pm in First Divinity, Loftus Hall, for all new applicants and for those who have not invigilated since 2015. Only those who attend may be selected for January 2017 invigilation.

  • If you have invigilated since 2015, you are not required to attend the briefing session.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in Ireland – e.g. have a valid GNIB card for the duration of the examination session. 
    • For existing invigilators please send a copy of your GNIB card to [email protected].
    • For new applicants you must bring your GNIB card with you to the briefing session and a photocopy will be taken of it.

It is your responsibility to email [email protected] if there is a change to any of the information you have supplied.
