The annual Maynooth University Teaching and Learning Showcase will be held tomorrow Wednesday June 10th in The Bean Bag Room in the Library from 10.30am-12.30pm.
The Teaching and Learning Showcase recognises innovative and best practice teaching and learning work at Maynooth University and provides a platform for sharing and discussing teaching and learning innovations and best practices across disciplines.
As with previous years, the format of the showcase will be informal, where each presenter is invited to attend with a simple poster detailing their best practice or innovation.
Gasta Session
In addition, this year there will be a Gasta session from 11.30-12.15. Gasta (the Irish word for fast, clever, quick, snappy) is a short presentation format where a number of poster presenters will have 5-7 minutes to present on their best practice/innovation.
