Dr Olga Ryazanova elected as Research Coordinator of the Management Education & Development division of the AOM
Dr Olga Ryazanova has been elected as Research Coordinator of the Management Education and Development division of the Academy of Management. She will serve in this role for the next two years, helping to identify and promote best research in the area of management education.

What can managers learn from theatre improvisation?
Do you think theatre sounds too far from management? Not necessarily. Dr Tatiana Andreeva from Maynooth University School of Business, together with her co-authors Dr Anna-Maija Nisula and Dr Aino Kianto from Lappeenranta University of Technology (Finland), interviewed theatre directors and actors about their use of improvisational techniques and found some interesting ideas that managers may find useful in order to stimulate creativity and innovation in their organisations.
