There has never been a better time to study entrepreneurship.  Over 2000 new businesses are being incorporated every month.  Gen Z are the most entrepreneurial cohort since the industrial revolution. But entrepreneurship isn’t just about start-up’s; it is about building a capacity to turn your best ideas into action. Our entrepreneurial education develops the right mindset, equips students with the right tools, allows them work on concrete projects and educates them to the opportunities for entrepreneurs.  This module will have a focus on food, beverage and horticulture entrepreneurship where students will be expected to develop, prototype and test new ideas and learn how to research them and, when appropriate,  do sensory and organoleptic analysis.
