The ideal candidate will have:

    • A 2.1 undergraduate degree or extensive and relevant experience
    • 2/3 years work experience, ideally in the food, beverage or innovation sector
    • Must be eligible to work and study in Ireland
    • A demonstrable passion for innovation and creativity and a desire to forge a career in desire to forge a career in insight-led innovation and commercialisation
    • A genuine ambition to establish or develop their career in Food, Beverage and/or Horticulture
    • Excellent presentation and influencing skills and a capacity to enthuse others about your ideas is a must
    • Willing to commit to a full-time 2 year programme
