Dr Fergus Ryan of Maynooth University Department of Law appeared as a guest on Newstalk's Global Village Saturday on 2 May talking about the differences between civil partnership and marriage.
Presenter Dil Wickremasinghe spoke with Fergus about the rights and obligations conferred by civil partnership, the similarities with marriage, and the key differences between marriage and civil partnership, including differences in relation to constitutional recognition and the rules on dissolution.
