Dr Bríd Ní Ghráinne, appeared Raidio na Gaeltachta to discuss the legal aspects of the ceasefire in Gaza
Dr Ní Ghráinne was interviewed by Máirín Ní Ghadhra focusing on the legal aspects of the ceasefire in Gaza, specifically to what extent the agreement was binding and the role of international law if either party failed to uphold it.

Dr John Morrison has recently been appointed as the new co-editor of ‘Behavioral Sciences of Terrorism and Political Aggression’ Journal
The journal addresses the complex causation and effects of terrorist activity by bringing together timely, scientifically and theoretically sound papers addressing terrorism from a behavioral science perspective.

The history of GCE in Ireland_ a DICE podcast with Dr Eilish Dillon
Dr Eilish Dillon recently recorded a podcast with the Dice Project exploring the history of GCE in Ireland. The podcast Curious and Critical GCE is a series all about global citizenship education, developed to accompany the book Curious Teachers, Critical Classrooms. The podcast series is hosted by Dr Brighid Golden, lecturer in Global Citizenship Education at MIC.

Professor Delia Ferri and Dr Ann Leahy publish a book on ‘Dismantling Barriers and Advancing the Right of Persons with Disabilities to Participate in Cultural Life’
As part of the European Research Council (ERC) funded project ‘Protecting the Right to Culture of Persons with Disabilities and Enhancing Cultural Diversity through European Union Law: Exploring New Paths – DANCING’, Professor Delia Ferri and Dr. Ann Leahy publish a book that brings together the main findings of Work Package 1.

Prof Michael Doherty contributes to a new UNI Europa report on the state of play in the transposition of the EU’s Directive on Adequate Minimum Wages
The report includes four chapters, each authored by a regional expert, with updates on the ongoing discussions and actions to promote collective bargaining from their respective regions. Prof Doherty’s contribution considers nations with single-employer bargaining and moderate levels of coverage, including Croatia, Ireland, Czechia, Cyprus and Malta.
