Maynooth University School of Business Welcome New Faculty - Dr. Tatiana Andreeva

We are delighted to announce that Tatiana Andreeva has joined Maynooth University School of Business a lecturer. Since her appointment Tatiana has been teaching organisational behaviour to our undergraduate single honours Business and also double honours Business Arts students.
 
Tatiana Andreeva previously worked as an Associate Professor at the St. Petersburg University Graduate School of Business, from which she also earned her PhD, her MSc and BSc qualifications in business. Tatiana’s research investigates how individual knowledge related attitudes and behaviours mediate the relationship between knowledge management practices and organizational performance. Her research has been published in journals such as Human Resource Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, Human Resource Development International, amongst others. She has presented over 28 conference papers, including at the Academy of Management, EGOS, British Academy of Management. She has been a researcher on projects that have raised €1.2 million from TEKES, the Finish Research Funding Agency, in addition to funding from the Russian Ministry of Education, St. Petersburg University and the Russian Science Foundation.
 
Her teaching experience spans areas such as Organizational Behaviour, Knowledge Management and Cross Cultural Management amongst others. She has held appointments as an Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer and Lecturer at St. Petersburg University Graduate School of Business, where she taught organisational behaviour amongst other topics and served as the Academic Director of the CEMS MSc in International Management. She has also held international appointments including as an External Examiner at University of Auckland Business School and a Visiting Professor at Lappeenranta University Business School (Finland) amongst other appointments.
