Seminar Series Dr. Peter Kenny

Originally from the Caribbean island of Trinidad, Peter Kenny is a physical-organic and computational chemist. He studied chemistry at Reading and Oxford and did post-doctoral work at the University of Minnesota before joining ICI Pharmaceuticals (later Zeneca and AstraZeneca). After 21 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Peter took early retirement and is currently a visiting scientist at the University of São Paulo. His research interests include prediction of physicochemical properties and fragment-based approaches to molecular design.
