Samaritans 116 123

If you are thinking about suicide, please know that you are not alone.

If you feel that you are at immediate risk of harming yourself this is an emergency. It is important that you share these feelings with someone. Contact Samaritans on 116 123, your nearest Accident and Emergency Department or the Gardaí.

If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or ending your life but do not feel you are at immediate risk, it is still vital that you tell somebody right away. Friends and family can be a good source of support but there are times when you might feel you need to speak with somebody from outside of these groups.
