    Design and Delivery of ADR Module as part of Chief Justice's Summer School - June 2023

    Skills-based volunteering is examined by Dr Kiera Dempsey-Brench, School of Business

    Skills-based volunteering is touted to provide a "triple win" for stakeholders. Non-profits win because they gain access to new knowledge and specialist skills. Employers win from enhanced employee engagement. Employees who use their professional skills while volunteering stand to benefit too: they find volunteering more valuable and report higher levels of skill development.

    Opeyemi Kolawole

    Dr Opeyemi Kolawole presents a paper on Technology Transfer and Least Developed Countries at Intellectual Property Law Conference at Sheffield University

    The research paper, which derives from Dr Kolawole’s doctoral research project completed at Sutherland School of Law, University College Dublin, under the supervision of Dr Cliona Kelly, examined the technology transfer framework in the TRIPS Agreement, particularly Article 66.2, which focuses on technology transfer to Least Developed Countries.
