Seth Tillman on Hillary Clinton's Bid for the US Presidency and the US Records Preservation Law

Seth Tillman, Lecturer in Law at Maynooth University, was recently quoted in an article on the front page of the electronic Washington Post. 

The article was written by Eugene Volokh and explores the potential legal consequences for Hillary Rodham Clinton (and her political campaign) if convicted of violating the U.S. federal government's records preservation law.
