Dr Edana Richardson has published a chapter entitled ‘Sukuk’ (co-written with law firm partners Julian Johansen and Atif Hanif, before Atif sadly passed away) in the second edition of Islamic Finance: Law and Practice (Craig Nethercott and David Eisenberg eds) (Oxford University Press, 2020). She also updated the book’s chapter on Further Reading.
Dr Richardson teaches an Islamic Finance law module on our LLM in International Business Law and LLM in Global Legal Studies programmes.
