David Fitzmaurice (BCL International 2012) has become our first graduate to be admitted as an attorney in the State of New York.
David graduated with an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2014 and is currently clerking for the Hon. Paul A. Crotty in Manhattan's federal court. After his clerkship, David will join Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a litigation associate in the firm's New York office.
David studied Law and Irish as part of the Department of Law’s BCL (Law and Arts) programme, from which he graduated in 2012. During his third year of the BCL, he undertook a year abroad at Boston College Law School.
