‘Catalonia: Self-Determination or Threat to Sovereignty?’ is set to take place on Wednesday November 29th at 6pm in John Hume L4, Maynooth University.
The event will facilitate a number of guest speakers including International Law expert Dr John Reynolds of the Dept. of Law and Prof John Brennan, Head of the Politics Programme in the Dept. of Sociology, of Maynooth University, as well as native Catalan speakers Joan Pau Pérez (in favour of indepence) and David Andres (against independence).
As Catalonia faces into a general election and uncertainty surrounding its future, it promises to a most interesting discussion.
