Come along to an Open Evening and enjoy an exciting programme ​for under-graduate and post-graduate students that will inform you about Conflict Intervention Studies. 

During an evening of conversation, presentations and dance you will hear about the work of the Edward Kennedy Institute of Conflict Intervention; Learn what current and past students have to say about the Institutes courses and their value and engage with a panel of speakers on conflict intervention issues.

Special Guest- Rwandan Dancer and Scholar: Théogène (Totto) Niwenshuti 


Totto is a PhD candidate of prestigious Scholarship from the University of the Free State (UFS)-South Africa.  His research is focused on Trauma, Forgiveness and Reconciliation studies. Born in Rwanda, he is a survivor of the genocide there of 22 years ago, Totto believes in the value of  therapeutic dance.  He works on alleviating the impact of trauma with youths and adults from many other post-conflict areas of Central and East Africa, and currently in Southern Africa.
