Seminar: Using the MU Library resources for Teaching and Learning

The Arts and Humanities Institute, in collaboration with the University Library, hosts its first research workshop for the academic year 2019-20 on September 26 next, in the Institute. The workshop will explore how researchers can use archival material held on campus for research projects. Prof Mark McGowan (Toronto University) will speak on his work on 19th century Irish migration to Canada and his use of Maynooth University Archives. Barbara McCormack and Hugh Murphy will talk about the research potential of particular college collections. Other participants will free to chip in too. The event concludes with a reception.
