Prof. Ferri has recently become a member of the Scientific Committee of the Research Center CesDirSan. The Center, directed by Professor Maria Alessandra Sandulli, carries out interdisciplinary research and organizes events and workshops on health law broadly conceived, including the right to health, cross-border healthcare, access to healthcare for groups facing structural inequalities and the role of new technologies. CesDirSan also aims to engage with a range of stakeholders and policymakers and put forward a variety of dissemination activities. Alongside Italian and European academics, other members of the scientific committee of the Research Center CesDirSan include Prof. Renato Balduzzi (former Ministry of Health), prof. Luca Antonini (Judge of the Italian Constitutional Court) and Solveig Cogliani (currently member of the Italian Council of State).
