What We Do
Our mission is to conduct theoretical and experimental research into field and service robotics and associated technologies. We concentrate on applications where robots and humans collaborate to solve problems that lead to a safer and more sustainable world. We work in partnership with industrial, academic, and public organisations. We contribute to the career development of professional researchers, postgrads and undergraduates in robotics and spatial AI and investigate the role of robotics in society.
Maynooth Robotics Centre is a multi-disciplinary collaboration between the departments of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science and is hosted within the Hamilton Institute. Researchers are also associated with the ALL institute and the National Centre for Geo Computation.

Is páirtnéireacht ildhisciplíneach idir Roinn na hInnealtóireachta Leictreonaí agus Roinn na Ríomheolaíochta é Ionad Robaitice Mhá Nuad agus tá sé lonnaithe taobh istigh den Institiúid Hamilton. Tá baint ag na taighdeoirí leis an Institiúid ALL agus le hIonad Náisiúnta na Geoiríomhaireachta.
