Department of Computer Science Research Postgraduate Poster Session
As part of Maynooth University Research Week the Department of Computer Science will be hosting a poster session on the ground floor of the Eolas Building where current postgraduate research students will present their research. This is an open event to allow undergraduates from the Department of Computer Science, along with the wider MU community to meet with our postgraduate students and to find out more about the on-going research within the department.

MU Hamilton Institute Graduate Student Talks
The Maynooth University Hamilton Institute is bridging the gap between mathematics and a wide variety of disciplines ranging from climate change and DNA computing to molecular dynamics and robotics. The week-long series of graduate student talks aim at delivering insights of the variety of research undertaken by PhD students and postdocs of the institute.

Prize Giving and Research Week Reception
As a final celebration of Maynooth University’s 2023 Research Week, we will host a closing reception on Thursday 26th October from 1.30pm – 3.30pm in the foyer of the TSI Building. Presentations will be made to all 2023 IRC Scholarship and Fellowship awardees, John & Pat Hume Doctoral Awards and the winners announced of SPUR, MAP 25th Anniversary Research Awards, 3 Minute Thesis; Maynooth Sparks competition.

Research Together: Building relationships and partnering on health focused funding applications
As part of MU research week, the Research Development Office (RDO) is delighted to invite Health Research Charities Ireland (HRCI), its charity members, other civil society organisations and MU researchers to this in person event. Purpose: To foster and build relationships between MU researchers and charitable organisations to co-develop and partner on future National and Horizon Europe research grant applications in the health space. Research Area: Human health and wellbeing in the broadest sense.
