Professor Zephyr Teachout, Fordham University School of Law (and candidate for Congress in New York's 19th District), and Seth Barrett Tillman held an online debate on the meaning of U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: the Foreign Emoluments Clause. The debate took place on The Interactive Constitution, which is an online treatise of the National Constitution Center, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Teachout's and Tillman's research and participation was funded by a grant.
Seth Barrett Tillman is a Lecturer in Law at Maynooth University Department of Law where he lectures in Equity and Trusts and in Introduction to the American Legal System at undergraduate level.
