NAPD sponsors prize for National Leadership Course
The annual NAPD prize for the highest award achieved by a post-primary teacher in the Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership (Toraíocht) was presented at a gala evening in Maynooth University on 6th November last. This years’ winner is Fiona Kuehl who studied for her award at Donegal Education Centre. Fiona is currently teaching at Colaiste Cholmcille, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal where she is also joint Transition Year co-ordinator.

The Post-Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership (Tóraíocht) is offered in partnership between the National University of Ireland Maynooth and Professional Development Service for Teachers (PDST).  The course is offered in a number of regional centres annually and encourages participants to explore the challenges and opportunities involved in school leadership through learning and dialogue
