The Department of Adult and Community Education wish our colleagues on the ILI programme every success representing Ireland in the INVESTT Project 2015, in conjunction with The European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities (EASPD)

The Inclusive Learning Initiative (ILI) Maynooth University has represented Ireland in the INVESTT Project 2015 - Inclusive Vocational Education and Specialised Tailor-Made Training.
The European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities (EASPD) and 13 European partners including ILI are developing INVESTT - a strategy for implementing universal design in the mainstream vocational education and training system (VET). The ILI’s participation in the Irish Forum was facilitated via the National Federation of Voluntary Bodies event held in Dublin, September 2015.  The National Federation is the national umbrella organisation for voluntary/non-statutory agencies who provide direct services to people with intellectual disability in Ireland.
