Irish and Catalan: A comparison of the status, threats and challenges of the two languages
All are welcome to attend the discussion "Irish and Catalan: A comparison of the status, threats and challenges of the two languages/ An Ghaeilge agus an Chatalóinis: comparáid idir stádas, bagairtí agus dúshláin an dá theanga". This event will be a conversation in English between Richard Huddleson (Postdoc in Catalan at UCD) and Róisín Ní Chinnéide (Conrad na Gaeilge) about the status of both languages from a sociolinguistic perspective.
