Continuing our monthly webinar series, we will be running a webinar to introduce the Sourcing and Supplier Management (SSM) Critical Capability on Tuesday 6th and Thursday 8th February 2018.
SSM is a new Critical Capability (CC), one of the 5 CCs to be released as part of the Spring 2018 iteration. This CC merges and extends the content previously part of Supplier Management (SUM) and Sourcing (SRC). It has been updated to respond to the rapidly-evolving digital business environment and to capitalise on the full business ecosystem, thereby enabling organizational agility and innovation.
We will run two hour-long events: an afternoon session on Tuesday 6th February, repeated on Thursday 8th in the morning.
