Late March 2018, Kathryn Segesser travelled to Singapore to represent Maynooth University during the international conference “The Asia-Pacific Association for International Education”, APAIE. Kathryn works for Short-Term Programmes at the International Office. While attending the APAIE, Kathryn networked with representatives from relevant universities from abroad, such as ACU (Australia), UNCW (USA), York University from Toronto and UFV (Canada). This brought outstanding opportunities to present and discuss papers about the programmes for first years within conferences and workshops in Times Higher Education held in the Marina Sands Expo, Singapore.
