The Embassy of Ireland was the spectacular setting for the France Chapter Launch. Hosted by alumnus, Ambassador Geraldine Byrne Nason (1980), and attended by Professor Philip Nolan, President of Maynooth University, this first ever Chapter for Maynooth Alumni in Europe was a resounding success. Thanks to the efforts and drive of Chapter Coordinators, Sean Ryan (1989) and Róisín Dockery (1987), alumni, Erasmus students and students of the Centre Culturel Irlandais enjoyed a wonderful evening which gave everyone the opportunity to network and reconnect with Maynooth.
